I’m Libbi and I’m an anti-diet “nutritionurse” on a mission to help people heal their relationships with food and body. I offer individual virtual nutrition counseling sessions from a weight-inclusive, Intuitive Eating approach. I believe all bodies deserve respect and access to stigma-free healthcare.

Diet culture teaches us that our bodies are not to be trusted.

It also says that our next bite of food will either kill us or cure us.

What is Intuitive Eating?

Intuitive Eating is not another fad diet. It’s about getting rid of external food rules and learning to respond to your body’s cues in a kind and respectful way. It’s about flexibility, nourishment, and self-care.
